Happy Eastertide! I hope you enjoyed our Easter celebration as much as I did. I pray your week has been filled with “for the leaping greenly spirits of trees and a blue true dream of sky; and for everything which is natural which is infinite which is yes” (from “i thank you, God for most this amazing day” by e.e. cummings).
Yesterday was the official ribbon cutting for the community garden. Over 35 community members were in attendance. It is wonderful to be able to bring the community together in a different way. Our gift is allowing those who do not have gardening space to experience the joy of gardening. Young and old, multicultural gardeners from around Foster City. Don’t forget, we also have a box reserved!
This Sunday we will have our Earth Day commemoration. I look forward to seeing you on 1130 Balclutha, Zoom, or Livestream. Share the joy with a friend.
